How does the clothing fit?
Hoodies and shirts fit slightly smaller.

How long will my order take?

- Europe: 4-8 Workdays
- Rest of the World: 6-13 Workdays
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will be updated throughout its journey. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.
Vescarte cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the courier.
We aim to meet these delivery times but please note that these are an estimate and are not guaranteed.
Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is free above €50 on all orders.
Where do you ship to?
We are pleased to confirm that we offer worldwide shipping!
Can I redirect my order to a different shipping address?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders to a different address once they have been shipped.
Where do you ship from?
We ship all of our orders from The Netherlands, Emmen, where our warehouse is based.
What couriers do you use?
All orders are currently shipped worldwide using DHL and PostNL.
We are looking into expanding our courier options in the future!

Can I exchange my product?
If you have received the wrong product, please send a picture of it to email@example.com. After inspection, you will be offered an exchange.
How do I ship my order back to you?
Here’s how to make a return:
Please send your package back to us with the filled revocation form. Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, our team will then check that the items are in their original condition*. This process typically takes 7-14 business days. Once your return is accepted, a refund will be issued. Funds can take 5-10 business days to appear in the account of your original payment method.You will be informed of your refund via email confirmation.

Can I cancel my order?
We are, unfortunately, unable to make any amendments or cancelations to an order once it has been placed.
